Why no per-learner pricing?
It punishes growth. We're paid for implementation and operations — not for how many people end up on your platform. The 10,001st learner costs the same as the 10th.
Where does the instance run?
Your cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, Hetzner) or ours. We can move between them without downtime. Data residency can be locked to India, the EU, the GCC, or North America.
What if I outgrow Launch and Operate?
Operate scales with instance size and concurrency — not people. Customers with tens of thousands of learners run on a single well-sized instance. The bill stays predictable as headcount grows.
How long does a typical launch take?
Two to four weeks for most corporate academies and small institutions. Large K-12 or university rollouts with fees and parent portals usually run six to eight weeks.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes — Pilot is designed exactly for that. Fixed price, fixed 3-week scope, on our infra. If you move to Launch within 60 days, the pilot fee credits against the launch invoice.
What about compliance and data residency?
GDPR and India's DPDP are default. We run live implementations across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the UK, and the US — with localized tax, invoicing, and data residency per engagement.
