Week 1
Discovery & shape
We start with your learners and goals — not a feature demo. By end of week one, you have a shaped plan: roles, content types, commerce model, AI scope, and a signed-off design.

Week 2
Stand-up & branding
Your instance comes online on a staging domain. We apply your brand, wire up SSO, and connect the first payment gateway. Content migration starts in parallel.
- Staging instance with SSL and backups
- Theme applied — logo, palette, typography, learner portal
- SSO + SCIM connected to your identity provider
- First payment gateway live with test transaction
- Content migration begins (SCORM, xAPI, legacy export)

Week 3
Content, courses & AI
Instructors start loading courses. We run AI Studio across your first cohort of courses to generate quizzes and summaries. A pilot AI tutor is grounded on one course for testing.
- First 5–10 courses loaded, reviewed, published
- AI Studio: quiz generation + summaries across priority courses
- AI Learning: grounded tutor piloted on one course
- Certificate templates finalized and test-issued
- Instructor training session (recorded and embedded)

Week 4
Go-live & handover
Production cutover, learner invites, and a week of white-glove monitoring. By day 30, your team is running the platform day-to-day and we’re on 24/7 standby.
- DNS cutover to production domain
- Learner import + invite flow (branded email and WhatsApp)
- Admin training: reports, refunds, cohort management, support
- Runbook delivered: on-call, escalation, SLA terms
- Go-live war-room on WhatsApp with the Mithtech team
